Associated service : assembling, packaging, hot branding, tampography.
Continuous research to improve the process, the directors have a very large
experience in the plastic field and are capable of solving problems and take
the necessary technical decisions that are required.
Overmoulding
Overmoulding of all types of inserts : brass, plastic, steel .....
We can offer the supply of inserts.

  Equipment

Machine park : 11 injection presses from 50 tons to 300 tons
Our equipment enbles us to have a large flexibility in production and we can meet a
very wide demand in our customers requirements.
Manufacturing capacity of parts from 1g to 700g, from the the simple part to the
technical part.
Our certification ISO 9001, in place since 1999 ensures you of a quality assurance of
our products and of our organization.
LAMINAR FLOW, dust free environment
3 mobile laminar flows, ISO6, ISO 7, and ISO 8 standards.
This equipment enables manufacturing in grey rooms especially for the para medical and cosmetic markets.
Products of superior quality with inferior costs compared to production in white
rooms when it is not strictly necessary.
Control
Marble, Profile projector and all the controlling apparatus for the necessary
dimensions and measures.
